Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.

Femeniqa is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Femeniqa cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider.

Damaged Packages During Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@femeniqa.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the packaging and affected items so we can assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.


Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to customer error may be returned to us. In such cases, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and additional handling or reshipping fees may apply.
