At Femeniqa, we are committed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and care in beauty and skincare. Each product is handled and packaged with meticulous attention to hygiene and integrity. If your order does not meet expectations, our customer care team is here to assist.
Returns
We offer a 60-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
Due to strict hygiene and cosmetic safety standards, returns are only accepted for products that are unused, unopened, unworn, and in their original, sealed packaging, with all labels, safety seals, and protective elements fully intact. Proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, please contact our customer care team at info@femeniqa.com. All return requests are reviewed individually to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with detailed return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of receipt by contacting info@femeniqa.com. Include clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can promptly assess and resolve the matter.
Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with cosmetic hygiene and consumer safety regulations, the following items are non-returnable:

Gift cards and promotional or sale items are final sale and not eligible for refund.

Exchanges
To ensure product integrity and safety, we do not offer direct exchanges. The most efficient option is to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, customers are entitled to a 14-day statutory cooling-off period, allowing cancellation or return without providing a reason.
This right applies only to products that remain unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging, in compliance with EU cosmetic and hygiene regulations. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact info@femeniqa.com, and our customer care team will be happy to assist.
